Betting Preview: League 2 Midweek Games

With plenty of League 2 games on Tuesday night, here are 3 quick-tips for 3 selected games.

Bradford City v Morecambe

Bradford are the most inform side at present having taken more points from their last 6 games than any other side in the division. On Tuesday, they play host to bottom of the table, Morecambe.

Bradford have won 7 of their last 9 games and all of their last 5 at home. They have just moved into the final play-off place but are only 2 points behind Crewe who sit 2nd. It's tight at the top.

Morecambe are bottom and have lost 6 of their last 8 games. The 4/7 on Bradford to win is actually not a bad price but we like to tip odds against, so we're tipping Bradford -1 on the score handicap, 13/8 at 888sport.

Swindon Town v Tranmere Rovers

Ian Holloway has been in charge at Swindon since October last year and has had a positive impact, certainly at The County Ground. Before his appointment Swindon had won just 1 game at home all season. They have now won 4 of their last 5 and scored 11 goals in those 4 wins.

On Tuesday they host a Tranmere side who do not travel well at all. Tranmere have lost all of their last 7 away games in the league.

This is a simple bet and possibly the best bet of the night. A side winning plenty at home to beat a side who are currently dreadful away. Swindon, 11/10 at Paddy Power to win is the tip.

Chesterfield v Bromley

Chesterfield play host to Bromley on Tuesday night with the home side favourites at 5/4, best price to win, and we think that is too short.

Chesterfield have won just 3 of their last 10 home games in the league and non of their last 2. Bromley on the road can boast solid form with just 2 defeats in their last 10 away games. If you break it down, Bromley have only lost 1 of their last 9 away games.

Bromley are more than capable to get something at Chesterfield, and priced at 12/5, they are a tempting price to back for the win but we are backing Bromley Draw-No-Bet at 7/5 at Unibet.

Enjoy the football, good luck with your bets and please gamble responsibly.
