BREAKING NEWS. We are tipping Tranmere, and our love for Colchester United continues. The best bets for League 2

Here are the best bets for League 2

Bradford City v Colchester United

The big game in League 2 this weekend is Bradford City at home to Colchester United. And big in more ways than one.

If Bradford win they could go level points with the leaders, Walsall. If Colchester win it would help cement their position in the play-offs, and Valley Parade is edging to a sell out crowd. This game could be played out in front of a crowd of 22K plus which is exceptional for League 2.

Bradford could have been top for the last 2 weeks but they have blown their chances. Their form has seen then rise from outside the play-offs to being in a position to overtake the long time leaders, Walsall, who continue to have a wobble, but Bradford have suddenly lost their last 2 games, including a defeat at home to struggling Tranmere. Where did that come from?

Colchester are our favourite team to back in League 2 as they are very dependable. 5 straight victories and no defeats in 13 league games. They are 3/1 to win at Bradford which is way too big, but we're going for these side to fight out a draw at a packed Valley Parade.

Draw is 21/10 at bet365

Cheltenham Town v MK Dons

This is a season MK Dons wish to forget. They started out as one of the favourites for promotion but they have never looked close to being contenders for promotion and have wallowed around the lower regions of the table. They are currently 18th.

They found a bit of form earlier this season and won a number of games back to back but their form currently shows 13 defeats in 20 games, and if you break it down to away form, 8 defeats in 10.

They travel to a Cheltenham side who are safe in mid-table with slight but very faint hopes of getting into the play-offs. They are 8 points shy with 11 games to go. Cheltenham's home form was solid but they have not won at home in 3 games, 2 draws and a defeat but they have only lost 3 games at home in 15. It's a tough place to go and we have zero confidence in MK Dons.

Cheltenham are 13/10 at William Hill and that is our tip.

Fleetwood Town v Tranmere Rovers

Football and betting is a funny old game sometimes, as the old cliche states, and Tranmere are a fine example of that.

They have been pretty much unbackable all season, in fact they have been opposed many times. But suddenly, a change of manager, goodbye Nigel Adkins, and hello to a change of form under interim manager, Andy Crosby.

In the last 4 games, Tranmere have draw 2 and won 2, which was their last 2, against 2 good sides. At home to Bromley and away at Bradford, which nobody predicted.

Tranmere have pulled themselves clear of the bottom two but cannot stop and with their new found confidence, they travel to local-ish rivals, Fleetwood, in good spirits. A Fleetwood side who have drawn their last 3 games at home.

The home side start as favs, of course they do, but we fancy Tranmere to get something form this game and to continue their good form. The away side are 13/5 to win, which is tempting, but we're picking the draw, 9/4 at at betfred.

Enjoy the football, good luck with your bets and always gamble responsibly.
