Let's start with Tranmere at home to AFC Wimbledon. And this is a very tough game to call. The only consistent thing about these teams is their inconsistencies. Tranmere have lost 3 of their last 5 games, and so have Wimbledon.

There is one key stat that separates these two teams, and this stat sways me which team to back to win this game. Tranmere, in 15 league games, have scored just 10 goals, the lowest in the league, while Wimbledon have scored 23 goals so far this season, and 5 in their last 2 away games.

And, if you look at last seasons games, Tranmere won 3-2 at home and Wimbledon beat Tranmere 4-1 at their place. So I am picking Wimbledon, at 6/5 at Coral to win this one. If you wish to boost the price, then Wimbledon to win the game and over 2.5 goals in the match is 27/10 at Unibet.

The other game is easier to call, but this is League 2 so nothing is nailed on, but Walsall are at home to Bromley. 2nd at home to 21st.

Bromley have played 7 away games so far this season and have only lost 2 of them, they are no pushovers, but there is a telling stat. In their last 5 away games, Bromley have scored just 3 goals. Walsall at home in their last 5 games in the league have scored 12 goals. After Chesterfield with 30 goals, Walsall are the 2nd highest scorers in the division with 28.

Nathan Lowe has scored 8 goals so far this season, and has 3 in 3 for Walsall, he is a definite anytime goal scorer play at 7/4.

I do fancy Walsall to win this, they are odds on everywhere to do so, but there are two markets I like. Walsall to win and no to both teams scoring is 2/1 at SkyBet and Walsall to win, -1 on the handicap is 2/1 also at SkyBet.
