Shrewsbury v Birmingham

After a terrible run the Shrews have called time on Paul Hurst and gone full rock’n’roll break glass for emergency and appointed Gareth Ainsworth. He starts with a free hit against Birmingham and if it’s a free hit he wants, a free hit they’ll probably get.

2 draws on the bounce and Birmingham won’t drop points here

Birmingham and over 2.5 is 11/10

Burton v Stockport

Despite sitting in the drop zone, Burton have had a small bounce after sacking Mark Robinson with only one defeat in five games under interim boss Tom Hounsell. The Brewers have claimed as many points in three league games as they had in 11 under Robinson.

Meanwhile, their opponents Stockport are sitting nicely at the other end of the league in 4th but this weekend might feel a bit weird for them. They’ve had a run of 6 home games in all competitions.

Their two away league wins this season have come at Blackpool and Shrewsbury, two sides that, like this weekend's opponents, are in the relegation picture.

With the sensational form of Louie Barry, including netting the winner against Wrexham last week, the Hatters should take this with over 2.5 goals in the game at 2/1

Peterborough v Reading

A very decent fixture in mid-table with Posh having already scored 31 goals this season - 14 in the last 3, winning all 3. Reading are two without a win in the league having won 3 on the spin before that but Peterborough is a tough away trip.

The Posh are 8 without defeat at home.

As ever, no reason not to go with Peterborough and over 2.5 goals at 7/4

That's a 15/1 treble
