Here is our League 2 quick-tip betting preview for Tuesday night.
Newport County v Carlisle United
Mark Hughes made his return to football management by taking over the top job at Carlisle, and in all his career, both on and off the pitch, this is probably his toughest.
Carlisle sacked Mike Williamson after allowing him to bring 12 players to the club. Carlisle are bottom, 6 points clear of safety and they have lost 7 of their last 9 games. On Tuesday, they travel to a Newport side who have hit form with three consecutive wins including a stunning 3-0 at Crewe.

So, you have a struggling Carlisle still all getting to know each other, including a new manager playing at a winning, and full of confidence, Newport, a Newport side who are priced 9/5 at Betfred to win.
And that is our selection.
Tranmere v Fleetwood
Tranmere host Fleetwood on Tuesday hoping to arrest their dreadful form. Tranmere have lost 4 of their last 5, and 7 of their last 10, and it is only thanks to Morecambe and Carlisle both having a dreadful season, that they are just above the bottom too.
The pressure is mounting on Tranmere boss, Nigel Adkins, who is desperate for a win to relieve the pressure, but to win games you need to score goals. Tranmere are the lowest scorers in the league which is why we fancy Fleetwood in this game.
Fleetwood's current form is patchy, and away from home they have won just 1 of 7, so why are we picking them? Because they score goals. The did win recently at Salford and they have scored 5 goals in their last 3 away games. Tranmere have not scored more than a goal in all of their last 4 home games.
Fleetwood are 8/5 at Betfred to win and that is our pick.
AFC Wimbledon v Crewe
AFC Wimbledon host Crewe on Tuesday just 4 points off Doncaster in 2nd, and their good form is based on very solid home form. They have won 4 of their last 5 home games while drawing all of their last 3 away.
The draw is a play here, with Crewe drawing 3 of their last 4 away, and these teams met just 2 weeks ago and drew 1-1 at Crewe, but we're sticking with the home side in this one due to their solid home form that have seen then beat Bradford, and Doncaster, recently at home,
both of those sides are in better form than Crewe.

Wimbledon are 11/10 at 888sport to win, they are odds on almost every where else, so that is our pick.
Enjoy the football, good luck with your bets and please gamble responsibly.
