Here are our best bets for the Australian Grand Prix.
Race Winner
As many people predicted, it is Mclaren who appear to have the best car right now taking over the mantle from Red Bull. Lando Norris is pole with team mate, Oscar Piastri, in his homeland in 2nd.
Lando is favs to win at 6/4 which is way too short. For a sport that many say is too predictable, we think that price is not back-able due to the unpredictability of the race. 58 laps, 6 rookies, drivers still getting used to their cars, gravel traps at the side of the track to snare any driver who is slightly off line, and rain.

As a price play, Piastri is 4/1 at Unibet which is a lot more tempting. And you can never discount Verstappen. He is one of the few drivers in the field who does not need the best car to win. He's 5/2 to win in plenty of places but as a price play, and he is in a great car, Piastri to pip Lando is our pick.
To Finish In The Points
A couple of bets for driver to finish in the points. And we looking at a rookie. We always try to find prices that are over EVS in this market.
Isack Hadjar has look great in his debut weekend in his Racing Bull. He qualified in 11th but he may have lost time after Hamilton spun his Ferrari in qualifying and hampered drivers behind him due them slowing down for the waved yellows.
If he can stay out of trouble in the opening few laps, he can occasionally lose his front wing in the tussle of the Grand Prix start, and settle down, he has a good car and great potential. A top 10 finish is more than possible and we're backing it at 7/4 at William Hill.
Good luck with your bets, enjoy the racing and please gamble responsibly.
