It's the halfway point of this week's PGA Tour event. Dave Tindall has the best bets for the weekend
Overnight leader Akshay Bhatia followed up his opening 64 with a second-round 67 at the Rocket Mortgage Classic on Friday to post 13-under at halfway.
That shares the lead with England's Aaron Rai, who has put himself in contention for a first PGA Tour success with laps of 66 and 65 at Detroit Golf Club in Michigan.
Four players are tied for third place on 11-under: American trio Cameron Young, Troy Merritt and Taylor Montgomery along with South African Erik van Rooyen.
Every winner of this newish event (it was first played in 2019) has been no worse than two shots off the lead after 36 holes so it looks extremely likely that the winner comes from the six names above.
The two that appeal most are Bhatia and van Rooyen.
Bhatia is in great form following a fifth place at last week's Travelers Championship while van Rooyen already has two PGA Tour titles to his name so knows how to get it done.
Looking at the odds, Bhatia is general 13/5 shot so back him win only. Van Rooyen is an each-way bet at 14s with Sky Bet and Unibet, who offer of each-way terms of 1/4 first four.
