Action at both ends of League One as the games start to run out. Can Wrexham catch Wycombe at the top? Can Burton get out of the bottom 4? Are Cambridge able to mount a great escape? The League One Betting Preview with David Easson

Two sides on the up meet at the Pirelli as Burton face Bolton.
Burton have lost just the once at home in 2025 and are four games unbeaten with two wins and two draws. A win on Saturday could lift Burton out of the relegation zone, something that looked unthinkable at Christmas.
Steven Schumacher's Bolton have won four, drawn one and lost one league match since his appointment at the end of January and are coming into this on the back of one of the results of the season, coming from behind to end top-of-the-table Birmingham City's 18-game unbeaten run with John McAtee scoring his fourth goal in four matches
I’m going for McAtee to score again in a Bolton win on the road. This is a side very much on the up.
That’s 14/5 with most bookmakers.
Rotherham are looking to win three on the spin for the first time this season but it’ll be tricky to do that at Wrexham. Phil Parkinson’s side are still hunting down second placed Wycombe but while they have the second best home form in the league, they haven’t won at the Racecourse in four matches.
That said, they have looked like they are making defence the best way to keep up with Wycombe. They have conceded just 3 goals in 5 League One matches.
With the Millers in mid-table and safe from the drop but not in danger of troubling the playoffs, Wrexham will just want this more. I’d suggest a third clean sheet in a row should give Wrexham the points. The Reds to win to nil is 9/4.

Wigan host Cambridge looking for the win that will take the club closer to safety in League One, but the post-Maloney era started with what was one of the most boring games of all time by those who managed to stay awake at Mansfield on Tuesday.
The Latics sit in 15th position in the standings, Cambridge are down in 22nd place and seven points adrift of safety but the arrival again of Neil Harris has provided a lift – but possibly – and probably too late. They won back-to-back games but lost in midweek and their away form this season has been awful. That said, they really can take advantage of Wigan’s incredibly dull form and grab the draw here. That’s 12/5.
