James Buttler has got his calculator out and has two separate accumulators for Saturday's Championship matches at 22/1 and 13/2 respectively.

A tough set of fixtures to call

I'm going to do something slightly different this weekend. I've had a look at the fixtures and to be honest, I find this weekend a very hard set of fixtures to call. Very similar teams playing very similar teams. And I won't put up bets on Betting Radio that I don't believe in.
I'm going to take you to one of my favourite ways of playing the championship on a Saturday afternoon. And this, I promise you, is not me just being lazy.
A different way in
There is only one team averaging under 2.0 goals a game in their matches. And that is Burnley at 1.5, despite the fact they're in third place. They're scoring goals, they're just not conceding them. The most prolific matches involve Plymouth at 3.16 goals per game. But every other side in the Premier League is averaging over two.
If you look at the over 1.5 goals statistics, only Millwall and Burnley are under 50% of their games going over 1.5. But the league average for over 1.5 goals per match is 71.8%. It happens an awful lot. And you don't need that much to happen.
We talk about gamble responsibly, but you also gamble for fun. And if you get a nice accumulator going on a Saturday afternoon to keep you amused, what better than over 1.5 goals? You can have 0-0 after 84 minutes and it can still land. You're always in the hunt.
The Over 1.5 match goal Championship acca
If you were to play all of the games on Saturday afternoon in the Championship to have over 1.5 match goals, it comes to an accumulator of 22/1 with 10bet. A word of warning there, there are three games kicking off at 12.30. We've all done it. If your acca loses in one of the early fixtures, it's dead for the rest of the day.
If you remove the three fixtures kicking off at 12.30, it comes down quite a bit to 13/2, again with 10 bet. But you're only looking then at the 3pm kickoffs.
That Betting Radio listeners is how I am playing the Championship on Saturday afternoon at 13/2 for the 3pm sevenfold and 22/1 if you also include the 12.30pm starts.
Please gamble responsibly.
