The FA Cup – Manchester United v Liverpool Preview
Former England, Spurs and Leeds Keeper Paul Robinson is backing Klopp’s men to be too much for United
I think Liverpool are just in a really good place at the moment.
One trophy in the Cabinet and the starting 11 that Jurgen Klopp put out midweek against Prague was so strong that I think there was a few eyebrows raised when the team sheet came out as to how strong it was with Salah, Gakpo and nunez but they all scored within 10 minutes!
They blew Sparta aside. They were excellent. I think that just shows his intention for the rest of the season. He doesn't want any slip ups anywhere along the way and Liverpool are just in a in a really good place.
United on the other hand, got a decent result if not the performance against Everton last week, coming off the back of two defeats at home to Fulham and City and they're still unpredictable
Liverpool will be taking 9000 fans to Old Trafford, it’ll be a hell of an atmosphere, it's historically one of the biggest games in English football and United are going to have to turn up for the big occasion.
There's an argument to say they're still competing for Champions League places but the gap between Tottenham, Villa and Manchester United is now – I think anyway - almost unassailable for United.
Two teams in very different form and very different places. Liverpool with the quality they've got are going to cause this Manchester United defence all kinds of problems.
I can't see Liverpool having a problem going there.
I think Liverpool will win both teams to score as a decent bet at a bit of value.
